Registered Company No. 389454), offers this reward points promotion to qualifying persons subject to these terms & conditions. By participating in this promotion, and by receiving points, you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions of the promotion.

Participants will be invited persons within the Volkswagen Ireland dealer network, validated and approved by Volkswagen Ireland. Volkswagen Ireland reserves the right to determine who may or may not become a participant in this promotion, and may terminate or suspend without notice any participant in this promotion.

Volkswagen Ireland automatically registers participants for this points promotion. If you do not wish to take part and receive rewards on the promotion, you can do so by contacting Allgo at help@allgo.ie / Tel +353 1 2530040.

Points ("Reward Coins") are earned by fulfilling the promotion criteria published and updated from time to time on the promotion website. Points can only be earned by participants for qualifying activities occurring within the stated promotional period.

Points Awards are calculated and approved by Volkswagen Ireland managers, whose decision is final in deciding the validity of qualifying purchases and points to be awarded.

Volkswagen Ireland may change the promotion criteria for earning points and the number of points that can be earned at any time without notice by updating of the relevant section of the promotion website. The promotion criteria is subject to frequent review.

Volkswagen Ireland reserves the right to terminate, suspend, revalue or modify without notice to you other than by changing the Rules posted on the website, all or part of the points’ value structure and offers.

Volkswagen Ireland reserves the right to adjudicate all points of discrepancies as its sole discretion, and you agree to abide with the decision of any adjudication. In the event that the Points Programme is terminated, you will be notified and given one month in which to convert your points.

Points will be allocated to participants who fulfil the promotion criteria no later than 60 days following the reporting of the fulfilment of the criteria.

Points are emailed to participants, together with a PIN allowing the participant to view their points balance, points history, and to convert their points earned into rewards. This section of the site is restricted to participants only and participants must enter their user name and points PIN to view their points balance.

Participants will receive a certain number of points per reported fulfilled criteria within the promotional period. The number of points available to be earned per fulfilled criterion will be updated from time to time and displayed on the promotion website.

Points expire after 12 months from the date they were allocated, or on the last day of the promotion, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise stated.

Points are not transferable without Volkswagen Ireland’s written permission. They are not considered to be property, and as such, participants cannot see, transfer or assign points to any other person or entity without Volkswagen Ireland’s written permission.

Volkswagen Ireland takes reasonable care to ensure points are accurately allocated to you. However, participants are responsible for ensuring that their points are correctly allocated and they should notify Volkswagen Ireland within two months of completion of a qualifying promotion criterion if points have not been correctly allocated to the participant.

Volkswagen Ireland shall not be liable for any losses suffered due to any errors in the allocating of points.

Volkswagen Ireland shall not be obliged to honour the conversion of points into rewards for participants:

> Whose points balance does not reach the stated minimum for conversion into rewards
> Whose balance is under the stated minimum when the points service is suspended or terminated by Volkswagen Ireland
> Who terminates his/her participation in the promotion prior to the balance of his/her points account reaching the stated minimum; or
> Whose contact details (including email address) are not up to date and correct.

From 01.06.2019, to receive Reward Coins, your Trade Link account needs to be up to date with your dealer’s credit terms and adhered to. If invoices are overdue, this may affect your ability to earn reward coins at the end of each month.

Points can only be converted into rewards by participants whose points balance has reached the stated minimum number of valid, non-expired points.

All points must be spent online. To do this, participants login by entering their email address and PIN in the participant’s area of the promotion website.

Points and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstance.

Points and rewards are non-negotiable. Volkswagen Ireland reserves the right to change merchandise, reward vouchers and offers for converted points at its discretion and without notice.

Volkswagen Ireland or its suppliers have no obligation in respect of any tax due on the rewards given to a participant and the participant shall be responsible for declaring any income received from Volkswagen Ireland under this agreement.

Volkswagen Ireland shall not be liable to participants under contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation or otherwise for any injuries or loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising (including any pure economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill, in each case whether direct, indirect, consequential or contingent, or any claims for consequential compensation whatsoever and howsoever caused) in relation to this Volkswagen Ireland programme and all warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statue or common law (save for the conditions and/or warranties implied by sections 12 and/or 14 (2) of the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980) are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded PROVIDED THAT this exclusion shall not apply to any liability of Volkswagen Ireland for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter which it would be illegal for Volkswagen Ireland to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability.

Any issues or disputes arising between the participant and Volkswagen Ireland (whether such disputes are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the parties hereto irrevocably agree that the Courts of Ireland shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceedings and to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with this Volkswagen Ireland programme and for such purposes the parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
